Everything at Mellō is baked fresh to order, so we follow the simple rules below.
Cakes
You can cancel a cake order for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery cannot be accepted, as your cake will already be in the oven.
Brownie and cookie boxes
Brownie and cookie box orders can be cancelled for a full refund until the order has been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please email a photo of the product and packaging to hello@mellobakes.com within 2 hours of delivery. We will review it and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Returns
As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
